Employed full-time by the Arkansas Administrative Office of the Courts, Juvenile Division, Jo Carson is an attorney ad litem serving Arkansas' children by ensuring that the best interests of foster children are served.

Our program is supported by state funding and grants from the federal Court Improvement Project, US Department of Health and Human Services.
